Create My Own Lighthouse

   Posted by: Linda Tags:

The weather in Beijing is not friendly in winter. Most of the time, I ‘d stay in my room and watch movie or TV from the internet.

I am going to graduate next June. Now nearly all the students are either studying or job hunting. I have been a job fair once. It was quite discouraging. It is quite hard to find the very kind of company and the very kind of job position that I ‘d like to fight for.

I am not a lazy girl. In fact, I enjoy challenges. But it is frustrating to face vast uncertainty.

I am sure it is a long way to go. But am I heading the right direction? What if I am going backward? What am I really looking for… Those questions are like wicked witch who enjoys casting shadows on a child’s dreams.

I wish I could have a lighthouse, guiding me through the darkness.

But people are all busy; they care about their own business. No one can save me except myself.

If there is no lighthouse, create one! No one can ever stop me from creating a guide inside my heart. I just have to follow her. She will be my angel, my inspiration, my dearest friend, my courage against all darkness, and most of all, my lighthouse.

So, dear Linda, please seal all your discourages, setbacks and hesitations, set off the journey under the guidance of the lighthouse towards the dreamland.

You have your own lighthouse in heart.
